Chef Owner, Leslie Wright was born and raised in Seattle, Washington. Leslie has been cooking for several years and developed her love and passion for food as a little girl cooking with her great grandmother.
Growing up in the Northwest, Leslie has an appreciation for clean fresh ingredients and fresh organic seasonal ingredients, as well as the finest meats and seafood offered through our support of local purveyor. Her family roots are from Texas so cooking Southern Cuisine with bold flavors is in her DNA as well.
Leslie Wright has worked as a chef and caterer for private and corporate clients throughout the Seattle area. She has cooked for elite athletes participating in extreme events such as Seneca Wallace, Marcus Trufant, Nate Burleson and Deion Branch with the Seattle Seahawks.
